Below are the key terms of the Wholesale Membership Agreement (Agreement Version 2026.05). The full agreement is available as a PDF.
Article 1.5 — Annual Membership Fee
An annual membership fee of $5,000.00 is required to participate. The fee is collected at the time of application submission and billed automatically each year thereafter on the anniversary of the Effective Date. Acceptable payment: ACH bank debit (no processing fee) or credit/debit card (3% processing fee added).
Article 1.6 — Application Review & Refund on Denial
Applications are typically reviewed within five (5) business days. If approved, the fee is non-refundable. If denied, the fee is refunded within ten (10) business days, less non-refundable processing fees (~3% for cards; $5 flat for ACH).
Article 4.2 — Accepted Payment Methods (ongoing PO payments)
ACH Debit (no fee) · Business Check (no fee) · Credit/Debit Card (3% processing fee). Personal checks not accepted. $30 fee on returned checks.
Article 4A — ACH Debit Authorization (for orders)
By executing this Agreement, Member authorizes SSS to initiate ACH debits from the Designated Account for membership fees, approved orders, invoices, shipping, and assessed fees. SSS will notify Member at least three (3) business days prior to any debit. Member may revoke with 15 days' written notice. $50 fee for returned ACH transactions.
Article 7 — Confidentiality & Anti-Circumvention
Member shall not disclose wholesale pricing to non-members and shall not, during membership and for 2 years following termination, contact or purchase from SSS's introduced suppliers. Confidentiality survives 3 years.
Article 8 — Term & Annual Renewal
Effective on application approval. Renews automatically each year unless either Party gives 30 days' written notice of non-renewal. Member may manage renewal in the Builder Portal.
Article 13 — Photo & Video Release
Member agrees to provide project photos within 14 days of completion and grants SSS perpetual, royalty-free permission to use them for marketing.
Articles 9–12 — Liability, Indemnification, Disputes, General
Liability capped at fees paid in prior 12 months. SC law governs; venue in Greenville County. E-signatures legally binding under the E-SIGN Act and SC Uniform Electronic Transactions Act.
