Document on delivery, send photos to us the same day, and we file the claim with the factory. Replacement units are expedited. You never negotiate with the manufacturer — that's our job.

Stocked SKUs may be returnable within 14 days subject to a restocking fee. Custom/made-to-order cabinets are non-returnable — which is why our design review process is thorough before any PO is signed.
