Privacy Policy

Effective: June 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Swift Space Solutions, LLC ("Swift Space Solutions," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit swift-space-solutions.com, apply for membership, or use our member portal. By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

We collect the information you give us and a limited amount of technical information automatically:

• Application & account data — name, business/company name, contractor or designer license details, phone number, email address, mailing or jobsite addresses, and the project information you submit (measurements, specs, photos, competing quotes).
• Payment data — membership fees and order payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card or bank account numbers on our systems; Stripe handles and secures that information directly.
• Communications — emails, text messages, and notes from consultations or support requests.
• Technical data — standard server and security logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) collected by our hosting and content-delivery provider, Cloudflare.

How we use your information

• Review and verify membership applications, including confirming a valid contractor or designer license.
• Prepare quotes and 2020 Design layouts, place orders with manufacturers, and coordinate delivery and warranty claims.
• Process membership fees and order payments and send related receipts and notices.
• Provide member-portal access, order tracking, and customer support.
• Send transactional and service messages, and (where you have asked for it) occasional program updates.
• Protect against fraud and abuse, and comply with our legal obligations.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the program:

• Service providers — Stripe (payments), Supabase (secure portal database), Google/Gmail (email), Web3Forms (delivers website quote and contact form messages to us), and Cloudflare (hosting/security), acting on our behalf under their own data-protection terms.
• Manufacturers and suppliers — order and shipping details necessary to fulfill your purchase.
• Installer network — only when you ask us to connect you with an installer, and only the details needed to do so.
• Legal & safety — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, members, or the public.

Cookies & tracking

Our marketing site uses minimal cookies and essential security features. The member portal uses a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising trackers on this site.

Data retention

We keep application, account, order, and payment records for as long as your membership is active and afterward as needed for warranty support, accounting, tax, and legal requirements. You may request deletion of information we are not required to retain.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards — encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed credentials, access controls, and reputable processors like Stripe and Supabase. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and to limit access to those who need it.

Your choices & rights

• Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or update inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of information we are not legally required to keep.
• Opt out of non-essential program emails at any time (transactional messages will still be sent while your membership is active).

To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below.

Children's privacy

Our services are intended for licensed construction and design professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here with a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated to active members.
