1. Membership Eligibility and Enrollment

Membership in Swift Space Solutions is available exclusively to licensed construction professionals, general contractors, remodelers, and builders operating in the United States. To be eligible, you must:

• Hold a valid contractor's license in your state of operation
• Operate an active construction or remodeling business
• Complete and submit a membership application for our review
• Be approved by Swift Space Solutions at our sole discretion

We reserve the right to decline any membership application without obligation to provide a reason. Membership is non-transferable and is issued to the individual or business entity named in the application.

2. Membership Tiers and Fees

Swift Space Solutions offers the following membership tiers. Current pricing is displayed on our Pricing page and is subject to change with advance notice.

• Standard Membership: Annual fee billed at enrollment and upon each annual renewal. Includes access to wholesale cabinetry pricing, the member portal, and standard design support.
• Pro Membership: Annual fee billed at enrollment and upon each annual renewal. Includes all Standard benefits plus priority processing, dedicated support, and extended design services.

Membership fees are due in full at the time of enrollment. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars. Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout.

3. Payment Terms

By enrolling in a membership, you authorize Swift Space Solutions to charge the membership fee to your designated payment method. The following terms apply:

• Membership fees are billed annually and are due in full at the start of each membership period.
• Individual project orders are quoted and invoiced separately from membership fees. Payment terms for orders are stated on each individual quote.
• Cabinetry orders require payment prior to order placement with our suppliers. Orders are not placed until payment is confirmed.
• All payments are processed through our secure third-party payment provider. We do not store payment card details on our servers.
• Returned payments or chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of membership access.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us in writing at Swiftspacesolutions@gmail.com.

• Cancellation before first use: If you cancel within 7 days of enrollment and have not submitted any project orders, you may request a full refund of the membership fee.
• Cancellation after use: Membership fees are non-refundable once you have used the portal to submit project specifications or receive quotes, or once 7 days from enrollment have passed.
• Partial-year cancellation: No pro-rated refunds are issued for cancellations made mid-membership-year.
• Project orders: Once a cabinetry order has been placed with our supplier on your behalf, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Cancellation requests made before supplier order placement will be honored, subject to any vendor-imposed fees.

Cancellation terminates your access to the member portal and wholesale pricing at the end of the current membership period. Any in-progress orders at the time of cancellation will be fulfilled.

5. Wholesale Pricing and Orders

Swift Space Solutions provides members with access to wholesale cabinetry pricing from our supplier network. Our pricing model is Cost + 12%, where "Cost" represents the wholesale supplier price at the time of order.

• All quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated.
• Supplier prices are subject to change. Quotes reflect pricing available at the time the quote is generated.
• We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy of quotes but are not responsible for supplier price changes occurring after a quote is issued.
• Members are responsible for reviewing and approving all specifications and quantities before order placement. We are not liable for orders placed based on incorrect member-supplied measurements or specifications.
• Lead times, delivery schedules, and product availability are subject to supplier conditions and are estimates only.

6. Acceptable Use

As a member, you agree to use Swift Space Solutions and the member portal only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Share your membership credentials or portal access with any third party
• Use the membership for any purpose other than purchasing cabinetry for your own licensed contracting business
• Resell membership access or wholesale pricing information to other parties
• Attempt to circumvent, hack, or interfere with the member portal or website systems
• Submit false information in your membership application or project submissions
• Use the services for any fraudulent, unlawful, or deceptive purpose
• Misrepresent your licensing status or the nature of your contracting business

Violation of these acceptable use terms may result in immediate membership termination without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Swift Space Solutions website and member portal — including text, images, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Swift Space Solutions or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent. Your membership grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the member portal for your business purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Swift Space Solutions and its owner shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the membership or services
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Delays, defects, or errors in cabinetry products caused by our suppliers
• Damage to your projects or property resulting from incorrect specifications provided by you
• Any interruption or unavailability of the member portal or website

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your membership shall not exceed the membership fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Product warranties for cabinetry are provided solely by the manufacturer and are subject to manufacturer terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use policy
• Failure to maintain a valid contractor's license
• Non-payment of membership fees or outstanding order balances
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct toward our team or suppliers

Upon termination, your access to the member portal and wholesale pricing will cease immediately. Any outstanding orders at the time of termination for cause may be cancelled at our discretion. Membership fees paid are non-refundable upon termination for cause.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your membership shall be resolved as follows:

• The parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at Swiftspacesolutions@gmail.com.
• If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Greenville County, South Carolina.
• You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

12. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date and, where appropriate, notify active members by email. Your continued use of the membership or services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
